Psychologist from the los Andes University, specialist in Human Talent Management and Strategic Management from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Gustavo Andrés Herrera Sierra is Coordinator of Administrative Processes, deciding and aligning organizational strategies, facilitating communication between areas and monitoring the fulfillment of objectives and key results.

With a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Santiago de Cali and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle, María del Socorro is responsible for the areas of Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. She manages the firm's finances, leading financial strategies, optimizing taxation and economic resources, ensuring the sustainability, liquidity and viability of investments.

Andrea Rojas, a psychologist from the Catholic University Foundation Lumen Gentium and with extensive knowledge of the organizational processes of a company, directs Human Talent, guiding the attraction, incorporation, development, retention and well-being within the company. She has also been a participant in research fields in organizational contexts, from the application of psychosocial risk battery instruments, quality of work life, burnout, diagnostic analysis and development of intervention proposals aimed at mitigating risk factors and enhancing the protective factors detected in organizations. Ha sido participe también en campos de investigación en contextos organizacionales, desde la aplicación de instrumentos de batería de riesgo psicosocial, calidad de vida laboral, burnout, análisis de diagnóstico y elaboración de propuesta de intervención orientada en mitigar los factores de riesgo y potenciar los factores protectores detectados en las organizaciones.
