Daisy Carolina López is a Distinguished Lawyer graduated with honors from the Universidad de Nariño, and a specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the same university. She is the Bogotá Regional & National Private Litigation Law Coordinator of the firm. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation, and has represented different companies of the insurance sector in litigation before judges of the Republic and administrative authorities with jurisdictional functions, mainly in matters of medical liability, tort liability and contractual liability related to the fulfillment of personal injury and personal liability insurance.
