A lawyer from the Nueva Granada de Bogotá military university and a specialist in Commercial Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Gustavo Alberto Herrera Ávila was director of the General Division of Indemnities at Aseguradora Grancolombiana S.A. and served as a university professor for more than 20 years. After having created the GHA office, he ventured as General Director performing a fundamental work in the comprehensive advice to the various clients, in attention, consulting and representing them extrajudicially and judicially; in some cases with general powers of attorney and also as a legal representative. Today, Dr. Herrera has established himself in the insurance sector and, in front of important clients, in corporate law, mergers, acquisitions and financing.
