With a Laude in Law from the Universidad de los Andes, a specialist in Financial Legislation and a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Universidad de los Andes, graduated with distinction from the specialization in Insurance from the Universidad de la Sabana, Santiago Rojas has more than 8 years of experience advising national and international clients in important litigation in most of the national territory and before the Ordinary, Contentious-Administrative jurisdictions and in arbitration courts. Today, he serves as the General Manager of Litigation at GHA, with extensive experience leading the different litigation teams in all areas of law.
